Any person who accesses this Website assumes the role of User, committing to the strict observance and compliance with the provisions set forth herein, as well as with any other applicable legal provisions.
The Badacentre Trade Association reserves the right to modify any information published on the website without prior notice or obligation to inform users, with publication on the website being deemed sufficient.

Purpose
The purpose of this Website is to offer Users a guide to the businesses associated with Badacentre, as well as those participating in any of the activities organized by Badacentre.
Privacy and Data Processing
The Badacentre Trade Association guarantees compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), as well as with Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), regarding the processing of Users’ personal data.
By accepting this Legal Notice, registered Users expressly agree that the personal data they provide to the Badacentre Trade Association when registering on the Website may be used not only for inclusion in the digital business directory but also for dissemination through other media related to the Association’s activities, such as printed magazines and promotional flyers. If, in order to access some of the services and/or content on the Website, you are provided with a password (or access code), you agree to use it diligently, keeping it secret at all times. Likewise, it is exempt from any liability for the content and information that may be received through data collection forms, which exist solely to provide inquiry and support services. Dispute Resolution. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
In case of disputes, the Badacentre Trade Association undertakes to try to resolve any disagreement amicably and directly with Users before resorting to the courts, whenever possible.
These General Terms of Use, as well as the use of the Website, are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts of the registered office of the Website's controller.
If any provision of these General Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or null under applicable law or due to a judicial or administrative decision, such unenforceability or nullity shall not render the entire General Terms of Use unenforceable or null. In such cases, the Badacentre Trade Association shall modify or replace the affected clause with another that is valid and enforceable and that, to the extent possible, achieves the objective and intent of the original clause.
